I can't keep up with myself!
Breakfast-skipped. Hardly any milk, so just had coffee.
Lunch-mattesons sausage sarnies. With 4 small slices of wholemeal bread.
Snack-crisps
Tea-chicken breast with BBQ sauce, chips
Had my jab tonight too. They moved the clinic to a new flashy polyclinic & I don't like it! Only going there because that's where my nurse, Teresa, has gone & I trust her. Don't care for any of the others there.
