Went on the Wii Fit today and realised I've lost just over a stone since I've been using it. It sure doesn't feel like it. I don't think my clothes feel looser or that I look any thinner. Mind you, what's a stone when you're the size of a whale anyway?
Breakfast-Dry cinnamon cereal
Lunch-wholewheat noodles with satay sauce. 2 small white rolls with a packet of crisps.
Snacks-Finger of flapjack. Nutrigrain bar
Tea-Pork chop with some roast potatoes. Mug of tea and 2 biscuits. Some popcorn.
