Breakfast-2 slices of toast with Nutella. Coffee
Snacks/lunch-nibbles at Alison's. Too many chocolate digestives (maybe 6???), packet of crisps. Coffee.
Tea-Mixed grill. Burger, sausage, bacon, jacket potato. Yog for dessert.
Sunday
Breakfast-toasted mattesons sausage sandwiches. Coffee.
Lunch-pasta bake.
Snack-bowl of crunchy nut corn flakes. Coffee. 2 choc digestives
