Wednesday

Wii fit says I've lost 1lb. Played a few games of tennis on the wii this morning. Been sorting out christmas pressies today. Have a lot bought already. :-)

Breakfast-2 slices of wholemeal toast with raspberry jam. Coffee.
Lunch-cheese on toast-2 slices. Packet of wheat crunchies. Coffee.
Snacks-coffee, nutrigrain bar. Aero mint mousse.
Tea-4 fish fingers in 2 white rolls. Some oven chips. Shared a tub of Haagen Daaz with DH...ooops! Then had a Baileys...oooooops!

Tuesday

Breakfast-cinnamon cereal. Coffee
Lunch-can of spaghetti, cheese & 2 wholemeal rolls.
Snack-Nutrigrain bar
Tea-chicken breast stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon. Boiled potatos, mini yorkshire pudding. Artic roll for dessert.

Went on the Wii Fit this morning and I've gained 2lb. Really depressed about it.
Grandma is out of hospital, which is good.

Breakfast-Cinnamon cereal. Coffee
Lunch-Chicken pieces with noodles.
Tea-Home made pork curry with naan instead of rice.
Half a tub of Ben & Jerrys frozen yogurt.

Mum called yesterday and Grandma is in hospital. Her leg gave way in the garden and she can't walk at the moment. Mum should know more today, as yesterday she was just being transferred to another hospital. Hoping the phone will ring soon...

Breakfast-2 slices wholemeal toast with Nutella. Mug of coffee.
Lunch-2 white rolls with (slimy) cheese and (stale) crisps. Yuck!
Snack-twix & Coffee
Tea-Pasta bake & granary bread. 3 fudge pieces & mug of tea

Feeling a bit low today

Lost another 2lbs, according to my Wii Fit. All this hard work, trying to stay away from naughty food and I still can't SEE any result. Jeans don't feel looser and I certainly don't look any better. Feeling a bit crap about it to be honest.

Breakfast-Cinnamon cereal-dry. Coffee
Lunch-pasta & pesto. Bag of crisps.
Snacks-Twix & coffee. Tea & a few pieces of fudge.
Tea-Sweet & sour lamb & noodles.
