Yesterday Alison texted me to tell me her Dad had died, and this morning I find out that one of the girls I worked with in M&S had died. Feel really upset about it even though we hadn't seen each other since I left the cafe. She was really sweet and funny and only young. Not sure how she died yet-I only know because on Facebook her wall is filled with loads of messages. Wonder what would be said if that was me...
Breakfast-skipped
Lunch-3 small pieces of the bread I made yesterday, toasted, with pieces of frankfurter on.
Tea-hot & spicy chicken breast, potatoes, tiny bit of bread.
Snack-Some macadamia nuts
Off to Centre Parcs tomorrow, so won't be posting for a few days.
